Position Summary:

Key position to ensure CTE’s business development, you will be responsible for positioning CTE appropriately in chosen markets through developing targeted commercial opportunities according to our current business plan and development strategy in China as well as with international companies.




 Implement sales plan, based on the Company strategy

 Prioritize the actions based on success ratio

 Capable to suggest ideas and refine business development plan

 Identify and contact potential customers

 Promote CTE competencies and obtain RFQs

 Analyze customer needs and develop attractive commercial propositions

 Manage RFQs answers

 Negotiate and sign the contracts in line with margin targets

 Manage weekly reporting

 Develop CTE's web presence, utilizing online marketing tools and tactics to support the business


Education, Major, Formal qualifications


 Bachelor or above degree in mechanical or generalist engineering


Working Experience:


  A minimum 5-years successful experience is required:


 In a high added value industry sector

 Managing business with major western companies.

 Sales experience and market knowledge

 To possess a network of contacts in the sectors listed above would be a strong advantage.




 Chinese as mother language (Putong Hua is a must, Cantonese is a plus)

 Fluent in English

 French language is a plus
